  • Expertise in digital strategy and digital account direction.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, CMSs, mobile apps and e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of website design and development best practices.

  • Involved in the whole project life cycle which includes requirement analysis, system design, software development, system testing, project deployment, debugging, project documentation and maintenance.
  • Assist in technical feasibility study and provide recommendations.
  • Carry out research and development to improve product and to resolve technical difficulties.
  • Responsible for timely delivery of applications and modules.
  • Project lead when experienced and skilled enough.


Requirements:

  • At least 2 – 3 years of PHP development experience.
  • Strong knowledge in PHP/MVC/Laravel and JavaScript/jQuery/HTML/CSS.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to share knowledge with other developers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion to create quality work with like minded people.
  • Some knowledge in mobile development (Android/IOS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Art Director on creative pitches. Ability to illustrate and visualize ideas and turn them into polished mock-ups and storyboards.
  • Equipped with skill sets to design, and develop in HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledgable in best practices in UI/UX in both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Innovative in researching new creative ideas, software or technologies.


Requirements:

  • Well verse in Adobe software and tools.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Able to understand market needs and apply creative skills practically.
  • Able to think out of the box and develop good creative concepts.
  • Team player with good communication and organization skills.
  • Some knowledge in photography and video editing.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and execution of regional digital marketing programs, including SEM, marketing automation, social media, website and online advertising campaigns
  • Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention
  • Provide analysis and reporting on digital projects/campaigns and placements, website traffic, social media impression and email campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative & digital team and regional marketing teams to develop digital marketing activities to support campaign strategies and business goals
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends and implement these new technologies to enhance brand awareness in the digital space
  • Support and execute the B2B digital demand generation strategy, including development with all inbound and outbound tactics, including emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs and workflows.


Requirements:

  • Working experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on demand generation, project management and ROI-demand marketing campaigns
  • Digital marketing technology literacy, including a high degree of competency with marketing automation and/or SEM
  • Strong ability to work with diverse global teams with great collaboration skills
  • Experience measuring performance, creating dashboards, and drawing insights for further optimization, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
